Try scanning again while your PC is running in safe mode. In Safe mode your PC runs as few applications as possible. Sometimes infections are in files that are being used under normal PC situations and therefore the infected file cannot be removed. To run your PC in Safe Mode, reboot it and press the F8 repeatedly during boot up. This should force the PC to display a boot up menu that has a Safe Mode option. Once the infection has been removed, reboot the PC.
